Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Unit Head for a Cable manufacturing company. The Head of Unit will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, managing a team, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of targets. They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating performance, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
