Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with various tasks to facilitate the efficient functioning of our executives.

Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
• Calendar Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO, including managing supplies, schedules, and appointments.
