Job Summary

Deputy Clerk (Grade 8) The City of Richmond Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court seeks a self-motivated leader for the position of Deputy Clerk. The Deputy Clerk is primarily responsible for ensuring all court orders are accurately prepared and provided to the necessary parties. Ensures that information on the case is updated in the Juvenile Case Management System and scanned into the Juvenile Imaging System (JDIS). Other duties include but are not limited to: provide coverage for all dockets and courtrooms as needed; accurately issue any court orders; properly assesses and enters court cost/fines on applicable paperwork and in the JCMS system in compliance; responsible for notifying attorneys via phone, fax, e-mail or...
