Your new role
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this role will support technical aspects of the Operations work-stream from a core, process improvement skillset.

· Troubleshooting daily shift operation issues and continuous improvement with cross functional teams

· Continuous improvement initiatives for the operation that focus on efficiency, cost, quality, safety & environmental performance.

· Perform detailed, technical breakdown analysis of improvements (losses / inefficiencies)

· Ensure data is readily available to stakeholders in a timely manner.
