- Attend the customers with warm wishes and smile. Always use ‘Sir’ or ‘Madam’ word for respect. Ensure that the customer is addressed by the sales executive within 10 seconds after he/she entered in the showroom.
- Give a comfortable place and counseling table for the discussions about the vehicles. Ensure that the table is neat and has only a paper folder with brochures, booking forms, pen and a business card of Mark.
- Read customers at the first sight and ask about the preferences about the vehicle. Give all the specs and features of the vehicle. If possible, try to make him buy the focus models of Hero.
- Explain about the availability of vehicles, the finance details, accessories, need of Teflon, all about the formalities too. Ensure that the customer is convinced and ready to make the decision.
- Fill the booking form with complete details of the customer and ensure it again with the customer. Always ensure the time.
