Job description
• Work with our hiring managers to source and attract the best candidates. Source talent for hard to fill or complex roles across a variety of tools and platforms.
• Maintaining data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data and metrics to ensure scalability of our recruitment strategies
• Proactive and creative approach to talent sourcing and engagement.
• Strengthen our employer brand and ensure we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience.
• Adhere to Planful company, privacy and information security policies.

Requirements Experience:
• Prior global experience of 4+ years recruiting in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment, preferably in a product set up.
• Extensive experience working for Product and Tech roles and are open to take up non tech roles as well.
• Experience in direct sourcing, research, and candidate development utilizing different methods and creative sourcing techniques.
