Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Calangute for a Front Desk Staff. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, handling guest inquiries and requests, and providing excellent customer service. The Front Desk Staff will also collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
