Job Purpose:

The job holder will work, with the minimum of supervision, on the design & package on all aspects of current and future vehicle platforms and products managing a team of Digital modellers with a variety of skill sets.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

§ Responsibility of ensuring delivery of premium quality CAD solutions to support Design and Engineering intent whilst meeting key programme timing, and budget constraints.
• Manage, develop and motivate team of Digital modellers to deliver premium quality CAD solutions to support Design and Engineering intent.
• Plan and prioritise Digital modelling team workload utilising permanent and agency resource.
