Title: Sales Supervisor

Reporting Manager: Sales Manager of Central and South (CS)

Role Summary and Duties:

Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing

teams.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our customer base.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development for the

sales team.

Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to achieve optimal results.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

promptly.
