ALTEN Italia - Project Manager/Project Engineer

ALTEN Italia is looking for a resource to join as a Project Manager/Project Engineer for projects with important clients in the ENGINEERING Division, within the Industry sector, based in Milan, Lombardy.
Responsibilities:

Manage and autonomously supervise modification projects and new packaging development;

Utilize CREO for preliminary design/modification of proposed solutions;

Motivate and involve various stakeholders such as purchasing, suppliers, factory, installation;

Promote a positive and proactive work environment;

Take initiatives and act independently to identify and proactively solve problems;

Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure transparency and project alignment.

Requirements:

Engineering degree;

Excellent knowledge of English;

Demonstrable minimum experience in using CREO for design;

Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and lead teams;
