KONE IT is looking for a Business Analyst supporting our Service Business Solution on SAP.

The Business Analyst will join our team of professionals to ensure together with the Product Owner to provide the right solution to deliver business value.

Covering this role you will assist our Business providing Solutions to manage Sales for Maintenance and Repairs, Customer Service, service order billing and Planned Maintenance

You will be responsible of functional solution design for these solution areas, working closely with Business process owners and other stakeholder, to capture and manage the business requirements and formulate these into information system concepts and functional design. You will report to Solution owner for Service and Operation Solutions in Commercial and Operation Team.
