Under the Customer Success Management team responsible for new business in the Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for managing the engineering services of the entire value chain from product development and industrialization to production and life-cycle management - being a co-creating partner to our customers.

You will need to evaluate the feasibility and gain a deep understanding of the customer's technical requirements to provide win-win solutions while building and maintaining trustful and strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You should also be a team player with strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
