Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager at Bytes Café located in Alappuzha. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating food and beverage preparation and service, and driving sales. The Cafe Manager will also be responsible for maintaining quality standards and implementing efficient processes to maximize customer satisfaction and business profitability.
