JOBOPENING Title:IACS Administrative Personnel Location:Garmisch, Germany Start Date:Immediately Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call(PTOC)=Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the IACS administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice. JOB DESCRIPTION Provide customer service. Perform administrative duties. Process D-Bidpasses. Basic data entry. Additionally, registrars are required to process access roster lists for individuals requiring access on the post for special occasions and other on-post functions. A registrar will also implement and understand all U.S. Army regulations pertaining to the IACS and work with the DES/PMO to ensure information and submissions are completed accurately.
