Objective: to ensure the overall success of the school by using problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial tactics to provide the resources students and teachers need.

Roles and responsibilities:

1.Provide leadership, direction and co-ordination within the school.

2. Staff supervision and evaluation.

3. Provide guidance to the school’s network of student leaders and challenge those leaders to make the school a better place.

4. Respond immediately to concerns from parents and school board administrators.

Key skills:

1. 10 to 12 years’ experience as a Principal or in a school leadership role.

2. Commitment to creating a productive educational experience.

3. Valid state teaching license.

4. Proven history in improving teacher performance.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
