Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bekasi for a Counselor. The Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, including individual and group counseling, conducting assessments, and developing and implementing treatment plans. The Counselor will also collaborate with teachers and parents to address students' social and emotional needs and provide guidance and support in their personal and academic development.

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in counseling or a related field
• Strong knowledge of counseling theories and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and compassionate approach
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
