Our Client Multinational Construction Company is looking for a QC Engineering Coordinator located in West Java (Cikarang/Karawang) based on project it held:

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and control the quality of construction jobs across all projects.
• Conduct in-process checking and inspection related to quality.
• Perform final checking and inspection related to quality.
• Act as an advisor for project leaders and related staff regarding quality matters.
• Coordinate with and provide guidance to project staff, subcontractors, and foremen.
• Establish and maintain good relations with subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control within the scope of work.
• Develop a quality plan for project tenders and adjust it according to project conditions.
• Conduct monthly quality assessments for all projects and report to the GM of construction and upper management.
• Create quality work procedures or instructions and ensure their dissemination to all field staff.
