Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer located in Baghdad. The Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, providing advice and guidance on legal matters, preparing and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The Lawyer will also be responsible for analyzing laws and regulations, staying updated on legal developments, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal processes
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Law degree from an accredited university
