What you will be doing
• Lead a team of 5+ developers in software development projects and translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Design resilient, scalable, and cost-effective end-to-end cloud solutions tailored to meet product specifications.
• Enhance team performance through regular one-on-one meetings, constructive feedback, and fostering individual growth.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business requirements and meet project deadlines.
• Prioritize and facilitate the prompt resolution of client issues, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
