About Nimaya - A Foundation for Future-ready Naaris

Cofounded by Social Entrepreneurs Navya Nanda & Samyak Chakrabarty, Nimaya (a not-for-profit) is a career accelerator for girls with big dreams, coming from restrictive circumstances. The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs report states that skills like critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving and emotional intelligence are ‘must haves’ for white-collar jobs in the age of automation. However, high-quality training in these essential soft skills and generalist abilities is not widely available to the masses. Nimaya bridges that gap by providing free of cost training in 16+ soft skills to our cohorts that comprise female college students & entry level working professionals. . Over 1000 girls in Maharashtra , Gujarat and Haryana have been impacted through our program till date.
