CourcellesAs Key Account Manager your main responsibilities will be to:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers from various businesses and functions (facility managers, CFOs, CEOs, etc.).
• Take thoughtful initiatives that align with the expectations of our prospects.
• Stay constantly alert for new opportunities.
• Proactively implement necessary actions to acquire new clients.
• Negotiate contracts in a structured and professional manner, ensuring feasibility and profitability.
• Act as the main point of contact for all cleaning service-related inquiries.
• Comfortably engage in networking events.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
• Extensive commercial experience in a similar sector (facilities, cleaning).
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with customers.
• Fluent in French and have an excellent level in Dutch.
• Possess a true hunter mentality; approaching and persuading prospects is second nature to you.
