Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Cook at Self-employed. The Head Cook will be responsible for managing the kitchen, directing the food preparation process, and supervising the kitchen staff. They will ensure that all meals are prepared and presented according to recipes and quality standards. The Head Cook will also collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items, manage inventory, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus
