Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
• Strategic Analysis: Implement the XPS (Xylem Production System) supporting business strategy and ensuring projects integration with other business activities. Develop and support methods and systems to reach the strategical goals, objectives, and metrics. Support a clear action plan agreed with the functional leaders to drive the success thanks to a proper stakeholder analysis. CI must promote the good results and celebrate them to get people engagement.
• Process Improvement & Optimization: Leading improvement projects within the Growth Center and effectively coordinate these projects with the CI team and other improvement project teams. Identify integration issues with other projects/processes and coordinate the improvements with the appropriate project/process owners to accomplish the project goals.
