POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

Oversee operational activities at every level of an organization. They also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency, ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of company's products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. They do this by running various processes, like hiring new employees, develop them in specific skill sets and procedures, and monitoring existing workers to makesure all the resources fullfill and maintain.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
• responsibility for managing production floor and drive cultural change and make incremental changes to drive through improvements across the Production facility.
• modern manufacturing tools and techniques, identifying potential improvements and implementing in order to increse the KPI.
