HR Generalist
What you’ll do:
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Guarantee policy compliance and regulations.
• Responsible for the preparation, interpretation, and monitoring of different human resources statistical reports.
• Actively collaborate, prepare, and implement following up on training and development programs.
• Monitoring performance assessments.
• Strategy Analize market data (Turnover, absenteeism etc.).
What is required:
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources field
• Knowledge of Legal requirements, Mexican labor law, union and legal compliance, wellness programs, payroll regulations
• Experience in planning events and motivational programs is a plus
• English skills will be required for this role
• This role will be for 2nd shift coverage, ideal candidate must be available for shift rotation
