Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of HR at Bapu mills and spices LLP located in Perintalmanna. The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources activities, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. The Head of HR will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• willingness to travel arcoss the branches in kerala.
• Proven experience as an HR leader or manager, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
