Responsibility:

• HR Budgeting :

o Consolidate historical data under specific budgetary heads (compensation, benefits, administration etc.) as an input for budget preparation.

o Prepare monthly reports for review of HR budget & cost tracking

• Employee Relations :

o Participate directly or coordinate for completion of meetings of various co-managed committees

o Create an environment of fairness by continuously interacting with Shop floor Managers and operators

o Lead the grievance redressal process for the plant

o Supports Assistant HRM to create the event calendar for the unit and ensures active participation of the workforce at all level

o Ability to resolve workmen queries related to all statutory requirements and help them in coordination with relevant govt. department

• Statutory Compliance:

o Ensure the statutory compliance applicable to unit are adhered to

o Ensure the monthly returns are filed before deadlines
