We’re looking for a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to guide your team to sales success! You will develop sales strategy, manage clients, and increase income in your assigned market.

Roles & Responsibility:
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps.
• Manage customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities
• Generate customer leads through open market outreach.
• Educate prospective clients on various life insurance products.
• Monitor agency managers’ performance on a regular basis.
• Achieve individual and team target

Required Candidate:
• Age range: 21 to 38 years old;
• Requires graduation;
• Pays 2.75 to 3.15 LPA + Incentive
