OBJECTIVES
 Identify 120 Potential Retail Shops in the area.
 Visit 20-25 Retail shops a day and collect orders from 10-13 shops
 Ensure enrolment of Minimum 60 Retail Shops in the Mega reward of Incentive
scheme.
 On-board minimum 10 Retail exclusive Outlet during the scheme period.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Orders to be booked only through Parivar App.
 Billing the booked orders at TAT -3 days
 Carrying targeted samples in accordance with the plan and ensuring that orders are
exclusively gathered from the list, with a maximum applicable deviation of 20% of
total orders.
 Accountability and ownership of branding aspects (Posters, Danglers, Banners, Name
boards, Catalogue’s) in each shop.
QUALIFICATION
• Age limit is 30
Education qualification - SSLC, Higher Secondary and UG candidates.
Fresher or 1 year experience candidate preferred.
Two-wheeler and smart phone is compulsory.
