Reports to Bar Manager.

Main duties & responsibilities:
• Responsible for the drinks production and service of main and pool bar achieving and maintaining the brand standards and exceeding Guests expectations;
• Compliance with health and safety regulations
• Establish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries;
• Coordinate and monitor Commis de bar assigned to him/her;
• Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the outlet.
