• Supervises the functioning of all food & beverage Employees, facilities, Sales and Costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.

Control and analyzes, on an on-going basis, from the stand point of optimum the following

a. Quality levels of product and service.

b. Guest satisfaction

c. Merchandising and marketing

d. Operating costs

e. Sanitation, cleanliness (hygiene)

2.Coordinates and supervises the preparation, presentation and service of Food & Beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times

3.Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.

4.Conducts such functions as interviewing, hiring, employees orientation, performance appraisal, coaching, counseling, and dismissal if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity. Consult with General Manager & HR manager as appropriate in performing above duties.

5.Develops and implements formal training plans for Food & Beverage Department personnel.
