Fabrication Package Lead

Desired for a permanent / rotational assignment in Angola from May 2024.

A client of Leap29 seek to make the addition of a Fabrication Package Lead for their project in Angola. The main focus of this role is to oversee the fabrication works of the subcontractor on site in Luanda.

The client have procures pipes, flanges and bends which will be shipped to Angola for in-country fabrication, including Carbon Steel, Carbon Steel Inconel Clad, Duplex and Super Duplex. In addition, several structural support fabrications for temporary hoists and installation aids to be installed onboard FPSO will be fabricated in-country.

Project specific job description and responsibilities:
• Preferred candidate to have experience of managing pipe spool welding and fabrication and structural steel welding and fabrication workscopes.
