Develops and grows sales within the designated area to achieve revenue goals and customer based aligned with company strategic initiative, includes implementing program campaign execution for performance improvement.
• *You will be responsible for**
- Responsible for achieving sales targets that have been set by company within the defined area and designated store / partner
- Manage and monitor store performance within the area
- Make regular sales reports and insight output within the designated area to Team Leader / Sales Manager
- Conducting training and re-training to outlets within the coverage area
- Willing to do supervision and training for several outlets in the specified area by company
- Activation of new outlets and activation of company-defined partners
- Manage Site training and coaching on day to frontliner activities
