Job Purpose and Impact

The Process Excellence Lead – CTO will enable strategic goals by driving business process excellence for Cargill Tropical Oil (CTO) business and ensure all business processes are aligned to serve our internal and external customers and measured, to drive value through process efficiency, improvements, automation and digitalization enablement.

This role understands the business process, can influence senior leaders (e.g. Managing Director and leadership team) to focus on the right value delivery for their business model, enable or promote a strong continuous improvement, agile, process culture and mindset, and accelerate change within the business.
