JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Associate Marketing Manager for our shopping mall. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and implement strategic Marketing and Communication initiatives aimed at driving foot traffic, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the Marketing Director in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, objectives, and strategies to promote the shopping mall.

2. Assist in the development of a comprehensive 12-month Marketing calendar, covering concept ideation, planning, and execution phases.

3. Assist in the creation and management of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
