Our client, a leading global company, is looking for a General Manager to be based in Iraq.

Role Profile

· Develop and execute the company’s business strategies

· Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

· Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business, continue to develop and manage the existing sales channel

· Analyze accounting and financial data; create and manage budgets; and improve revenue accordingly

· Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance

· Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
