Role Description

Our client, a reputable commercial bank in Lagos, Nigeria urgently seeks to hire a Retail Team Lead/Branch Manager who will support the Retail banking strategy by cultivating and managing customers (within the assigned industry) and providing a full spectrum of financial services to these clients to ensure overall performance/profitability of the Branch and customer satisfaction.

Salary Budget: 11M - 19M Annually

Responsibilities
• Conduct appraisals for new credit requests and expiring facilities.

2. Ensure existing investments and liquidation are done accurately and promptly.

3. Appraise credit requests from customers and make appropriate recommendations to management.

4. Maintain Fixed deposit accounts.

5. Prepare and submit credit returns to management.

6. Manage the Balance Sheet of the branch and monitor customers’ account balances to beef up the same.
