Manages the provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for IGT Manila. Assisting the GM / Manager-HR with day-to-day responsibilities, overseeing staff, and providing stable leadership to the company and also involve in planning, organizing, manages and controls all activities related to administrative, employment, benefits, employee relations, personnel policies implementation, record maintenance and general human resources services of the company.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES
• KRA-setting every start of the performance management period or within 30 days from date of joining  Timely completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals at the site level
• Formulation of policies and processes on disciplinary process  Spot-check compliance of HRBPs, Managers and Supervisors in documenting cases
• Review of corrective action tracker – at least monthly
