Responsibilities:
• Makes effective decisions within their ability;
• Review posts and classify according to policy;
• Provide insights and trends on content reviewed;
• Provide feedback and suggestions on review process and workflows;
• Provide suggestions for product innovation;
• General data entry related tasks.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English ;
• Oral & Written Italian fluency (minimum B2 level);
• Excellent customer care skills;
• Excellent good typing skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team, anticipate problems and suggest solutions;
• Basic understanding of context and structure of sentence;
• Basic technical skills (able to navigate through multiple web pages and support tools)
• Ability to quickly and effectively conduct internet research, reading and comprehending
