Job Description

Goal and Work Plan Development:

· Collaborate with the department head to establish goals and work plans for the production engineering department.

· Assist in the formulation of strategies to achieve departmental objectives efficiently.

Human Resources Management:

· Support the head of the department in recruiting, training, and developing departmental staff.

· Coordinate personnel assignments according to roles and responsibilities, ensuring optimal utilization of human resources.

· Facilitate recruitment and training processes for departmental staff.

· Oversee task assignment and performance evaluation of staff members.

· Provide guidance, reminders, and closely monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of departmental tasks with high quality.

· Recommend rewards and disciplinary actions for employees based on performance.
