• Manage the general operation of the restaurant to maximize performance, profitability and ROI by creating a positive and productive work environment and ensuring superior guest service and compliance with quality and operational standards
• Plan and monitor annual budgets to ensure the financial performance as projected
• Manage the BOH and be a proactive leader of the FOH team to deliver service and training according to the restaurant’s brand standard
• Promote brand and value initiatives, concepts performance, and people & culture development
• Develop and implement the Annual Plan and Goals Program to ensure guest satisfaction, sales potential, and profitability
• Manage and monitor the P/L to ensure the use of POS for COGS and inventory management
• Create a strong management team with thorough understanding and clear vision of the restaurant’s positioning
