The position falls under Sales and Marketing Department and will report to the Insights and Knowledge Manager. The main responsibilities of the Knowledge and Insights Analyst will be to support the Insights and Knowledge Manager to provide a comprehensive Marketing and RTM measurement system (excluding RED) to enable decision support and management reporting. Knowledge and Insights Analyst will also develop and maintain the CCBA Knowledge Management system (e.g., tools, processes & routines) for the Marketing and RTM elements.
