We are hiring Marketing Manager for a FMCG manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:-

Work closely with the MP, Hods and external agencies to arrive at brand strategy; and marketing strategy for the year.

Derive the marketing plan and target from the broad strategy and operationalize them.

Do both ATL & BTL Activities

Develop and deploy successful inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

Budget the marketing expenditure based on sales plan.

Allocate the budget wisely and ensure marketing activities stay within the budget.

Develop capable human resource through appropriate training and performance management.
