Your Tasks
• Direct management and coordination of the local software department at the Roding location
• Controlling the economical and timely development of complex and high-quality software
• Support of customer projects from acquisition to delivery
• Close collaboration with other specialist departments
• Development and design of new software functionalities in coordination with customers
• Be available to our employees as a competent advisor

Your Profile
• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable field of study
• Good knowledge of high-level language programming (e.g. C++ / C#)
• Creativity and inventiveness in developing new solutions
• High social skills, communication skills and persuasiveness
• Experience in leading cross-functional and international teams
• High demands on the quality of the work and the solutions developed
