• Should have worked in lead roles in BF project of > 2 MTPA capacity from concept to commissioning.

• Must have been involved in Finalization of BF Technology Project, Steel Route selection, Burden ratio, preparation of Project Budget, preparation of Project DPR, Statutory compliances, vendor selection, feasibility analysis etc.

• Experience of managing large cross-functional/departmental projects

• Experience of handling all packages for BF including Refractories and inter connected sub units in the Steel Plant

• Strong on ground experience of BF project execution. • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environment

• Ability to analysis the Project Delays, must have strong knowledge of protection system, ability to prepare the CAPA etc

• Clear Understanding of Commissioning Process , Stabilization & Basic of Blast furnace operation.
