Repair nets, splice ropes and maintain fishing gear and other deck equipment. Clean deck surfaces and fish hold. Steer vessels to and from fishing areas. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Commercial Fishing Licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods.
