Job Summary : The Human Resources Manager / Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions within the organization.
This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, policy development, and compliance with relevant labour laws.
The role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.

Recruitment and Staffing :

• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
