ABOUT YARAN

Yaran is a Perth-based property developer that specialises in affordable housing in Perth, Australia, but now also in Bali, Indonesia. The company was established in 1996 and since then has developed over 1,000 dwellings with a combined development value of over A$500 million.

We are growing our Projects team to provide affordable housing for Australians & other Expatriates in Bali.

THE ROLE

The role provides exposure to a wide variety of roles including but not limited to:

Architecture
• Drafting and conceptualising floor plans for renovation of apartments in Bali.
• Designing and choosing appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the apartments in Bali.
• Surveying & drafting existing layout of the apartments in Bali.
• Preparing full renovation plans which include floor plans, elevations, and illustrations in Bali.
• Occasionally assist in drafting and producing plans and illustrations for projects of Yaran in Perth.
