- Follow up with QC/ Printing if any complaints related to printed fabric.
- Control strike off’s sending list from Printing to Sale daily
- Filter and transfer information between Sales and Printing Dept
- Update Strike off record status on the common file.
- Call out the meeting btw Sales and printing to clarify new working procedures, new customers’ requests or to analyse specific cases to handle.
- Report to the responsible person if something is not correct as working procedures (extra requests, special/abnormal requests, confused situation, complication of some artworks…)
- Update on Website of some customers such as S/O’s image, Printing’s comments/ evaluation, SO ready date… More Detail
