About the Role:

As Assistant Manager - Taxation, you will be a key member of our finance team, responsible for ensuring tax compliance and efficiency in tax processes. You will collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to manage tax matters effectively and build robust processes and systems to streamline tax-related operations. Your role will involve:
• Tax Compliance: Ensure that Meesho and relevant business partners are tax compliant, staying abreast of changing tax regulations and implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in tax processes and systems, develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on tax-related matters and coordinate with external stakeholders, including tax authorities and consultants, as needed.
